Lufthansa Technik Component Services provides a comprehensive portfolio of aircraft component maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, complemented by flexible, customer-specific solutions. Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this Lufthansa Technik subsidiary is dedicated to supporting customers all over North, Central and South America.
Our offering spans the full component support lifecycle, from single-event repairs, USM material sales, and pool access to fully integrated material management solutions. Backed by our comprehensive MRO capabilities, we provide flexible support through OEM repairs, proprietary repairs, PMA solutions, C1000 parts, 21J services, and comprehensive CRAS repairs, enabling customers to optimize reliability, cost, and fleet performance.
Our state-of-the-art facility in Tulsa features specialized in-house workshops covering avionics, water and waste systems, galley and emergency equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fuel systems. These capabilities support a wide range of aircraft types commonly operated across the region. Customers benefit from dedicated on-site customer support, end-to-end material management, and 24/7 component availability through strategically located inventories across the United States and Canada. All services are seamlessly integrated within the global Lufthansa Technik network, with additional component capabilities in Hamburg and Frankfurt, Germany, and Shenzhen, China.
In March 2026, Lufthansa Technik Component Services marked a significant milestone with the official opening of its new facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This 25,000-square-foot expansion represents the first phase of a two-part investment program, introducing 90 new workstations, enhanced avionics capabilities, and expanded administrative infrastructure to support growing demand for component MRO services across the Americas.
