We are dedicated to always keep up with development in technology and design and, even more than that, take an active part in driving development forward.  The indispensable foundation for our business is certification by the authorities. We are an approved maintenance, design and production organization and thus certified by more than 40 of the world's airworthiness authorities. Additionally we hold the approvals as a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization.

Integrated Quality Management

We believe that integration is key to consistency of high quality. Lufthansa Technik is first in MRO to apply an integrated quality management in the fields of occupational safety, environment and quality according to international standards. Our integrated quality management system is certified by different certification bodies.
Certificates

ISO/IEC 27001 certificate for IT

We have a very effective Information Security Management System (ISMS). This is attested by the ISO/IEC 27001 certification, which was awarded for the first time at the end of March 2020. Security mechanisms in IT, sensitized employees, but also the physical protection of buildings - these are the criteria that were important. The certification to this standard confirms that we have adequate security mechanisms in place to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets within our organization. 

In the coming years the certification will be successively extended to the entire company, and later to other Lufthansa Technik subsidiaries.
