Quality is an aspiration that pervades all our processes and cannot be considered in isolation from the individual activities. Therefore, we employ a unique management system to ensure that quality aspects are fully integrated, continuously improved and standarized.
This integrated management system plays a critical role in maintaining our authority approvals. It ensures that we successfully have been certified to the EN 9100 and EN 9110 quality standards since 2007. We also pursue an integrated certification approach and will be audited simultaneously according to the quality standard EN9100/9110, the environmental management standard ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems for occupational health and safety. Regarding our aviation authority approvals we also strive to integrate multiple locations and subsidiaries under one approval to standardize processes, increase flexibility and reduce costs. Quality also means generating opportunities from ongoing learning processes. Regular exchanges of information and ideas between quality managers from our entire Group ensure a rapid transfer of knowledge around the globe.
