Lufthansa Technik provides customized configuration and programming of the Cabin Intercommunication Data System (CIDS) for your fleet—reliably, precisely, and within clearly defined turnaround times.

Scope of Services

We configure the CIDS database and iPRAM content for all major Airbus aircraft families: A320, A330, A350, and A380. 

Programming is tailored to the individual operator and covers the following areas:

Adjustments during aircraft transfers, including solutions for short-notice requirements

Configuration changes resulting from LOPA modifications, such as zonal reconfigurations or changes to seat rows

Integration of cabin-related interfaces, including In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) systems, prerecorded announcements, and slide pressure monitoring

Representation of the operator’s brand identity, including screensaver logos and customized cabin lighting scenarios
