An AOG situation is a worst-case scenario for you, but we know how to handle it! No matter where the AOG occurs – just give us a call and we will send you help quickly! One of our Airline Support Teams (AST®) will be sent directly to the location of the affected aircraft for on-site repairs.
Our teams – experienced mechanics, engineers, material suppliers and inspectors – are working worldwide, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In most AOG-cases you will need spare parts. No problem for us: we also maintain a substantial pool of spares for both non-routine exchanges and planned overhauls. Logistics are handled by our subsidiary Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services which can deliver a spare whenever and wherever it is needed. In short: we do everything to get your aircraft back in the air while keeping the budget down to earth.
