About Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen
We are a joint venture with Beijing Kailan Aviation Technology (20 percent) offering a broad range of products and services in the fields of composite materials (Airframe Related Components, ARC), component services, engine parts repair (Engine Parts and Accessories Repair, EPAR) and spare support for AOG and pooling.
We are specialized in the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of the repair of thrust reversers, engine cowling, radomes, flight control surfaces and other secondary structures. The 3,000-square-meter state-of-the-art workshop for component repair is equipped with ATEC6 automatic testing equipment for maintaining avionics components along with other test rigs for pneumatics, wheels, brakes, rescue equipment and safety equipment. Existing capacity for hydraulic work has also been extended. In total, Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen can thus provide maintenance services for more than 13,000 part numbers.
The portfolio includes also supply chain management services and the Airline Support Team (AST®) Engines providing regional customers with rapid solutions to engine problems. We also offer professional warehousing and logistics solutions. The establishment of a public customs warehouse allows the logistics division, for example, to assist customers in material procurement, planning, or customs processing.
Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen has been certified by the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China), the American FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
