Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey specializes in the maintenance of turbofan and turboprop engines for regional airliners.
The company is authorized by the engine manufacturers General Electric and Pratt & Whitney Canada to conduct all repair and overhaul work on the GE CF34-3, CF34-8, CF34-10, PW100 and PW150 engine models. These engines are used on short and medium-haul jets – Embraer 170/175, Embraer 190/195, Bombardier CRJ200, CRJ700, CRJ900, CRJ1000, ARJ21, Bombardier Challenger – as well as on turboprop aircraft – Embraer 120, Fokker 50, Dornier 328, ATR-42, ATR-72, MA60, Bombardier Q100, Q200, Q300, and Q400.
Alongside tailored maintenance, repair and overhaul of the engine models listed, including their constituent modules and individual engine components, Lufthansa Technik AERO Alzey also offers engineering, on- site support and engine lease services as well as comprehensive logistic support up to and including integrated, comprehensive Total Engine Support (TES®). Maintenance work is also carried out in the Alzey hangars on PW901A and PW901C auxiliary power units (APUs) for the Boeing 747-400 and 747-8i wide-body aircraft.
