Our maintenance experts have extensive technical experience and in-depth knowledge of the international airline industry. We provide line maintenance services to more than 150 customers and have line maintenance engineers available at around 60 international and eleven German stations. Tailor-made technical operating concepts for efficient aircraft utilization are our core competence.
Dedicated organization for our line maintenance customers
With the foundation of Lufthansa Technik Maintenance International (LTMI) we have created a "front end" of our maintenance services, concentrating completely on our international customers: LTMI is the hub of expertise for technical support.
Routine and ad-hoc line maintenance support
Our dedicated Customer Support Center is the central point of contact for all technical inquiries from airline operators. It attends all operational inquiries and AOG requests 24/7 coordinating highly experienced troubleshooting and engineering support. This includes technicians, tooling and logistic support for both planned and unplanned repairs wherever the aircraft is located.
Maintenance Organization Approvals worldwide
Our wide variety of services includes technical assistance with or without CRS (Certification of Release to Service) of transit, layover or night-stop aircraft. In addition to Maintenance Organization Approvals of EASA and FAA we hold approvals from several national aviation authorities.
Full scope of line maintenance services at your finger tips
We offer any kind of line maintenance technical assistance tailored to the requirements of our customers. These include assistance for transits, layovers, and night-stops. This may encompass liaison with fuel suppliers, supervision of fueling/defueling operations, check and verification of the delivered fuel quantity, drain of water from aircraft fuel tanks and final administration and hand-over of the fueling documentation to the customers' representatives.
