N3 Engine Overhaul Services GmbH & Co. KG, a joint venture between Lufthansa Technik AG and Rolls Royce plc with its headquarters in Arnstadt, Thuringia, services the Rolls Royce engines of the types Trent 500, Trent 700, and Trent 900. Ameco Beijing, a joint venture between Air China and Lufthansa possesses an engine workshop with a floor area of more than 26,000 square meters and a state-of-the art engine test cell. Its service portfolio includes the maintenance of Rolls-Royce, Pratt & Whitney and CFM International engines.
Lufthansa Technik is a JAR 145 and FAR 145 approved agency and holds airworthiness approvals from more than 30 countries.
