Equal access to leadership positions

In view of the law on equal access for men and women to leadership positions in both private and public sectors, relevant leadership levels, target figures, and target data for promoting the cause of women have been the subject of intense discussions, and targets have been named. 

Lufthansa Technik AG

According to legislation on "Equal participation of Women and Men in Executive Positions in the Private and the Public Sector" the Supervisory Board of Lufthansa Technik is required to set targets for the proportion of women on the Supervisory Board and its Executive Board and a time frame for meeting these targets.
Likewise, the Executive Board of Lufthansa Technik is required to set targets for and a time frame with respect to the two executive management levels below the Executive Board.
Accordingly, the following target figures have been determined to be achieved by December 31st, 2021:
 

  • Supervisory Board: 30%
  • Executive Board: 25%
  • Management Level 1: 7.7%
  • Management Level 2: 6.3%
 

Lufthansa Technik Maintenance International

According to legislation on "Equal participation of Women and Men in Executive Positions in the Private and the Public Sector" the Shareholders Meeting of Lufthansa Technik Maintenance International is required to set targets for the proportion of women on the Supervisory Board and its Executive Board and a time frame for meeting these targets.
Likewise, the Executive Board of Lufthansa Technik Maintenance International is required to set targets for and a time frame with respect to the two executive management levels below the Executive Board.
Accordingly, the following target figures have been determined to be achieved by December 31st, 2021:
 

  • Supervisory Board: 0%
  • Executive Board: 0%
  • Management Level 1: 0%
  • Management Level 2: 8.7%

According to legislation on "Equal participation of Women and Men in Executive Positions in the Private and the Public Sector" the Shareholders Meeting of Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services is required to set targets for the proportion of women on the Supervisory Board and its Executive Board and a time frame for meeting these targets.
Likewise, the Executive Board of Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services is required to set targets for and a time frame with respect to the two executive management levels below the Executive Board.
Accordingly, the following target figures have been determined to be achieved by December 31st, 2021:
