TCS® customers benefit from a pooling concept: Lufthansa Technik stocks more than 100,000 components and guarantees 100 percent reliable delivery at a pre-determined service level. When an airline becomes a member of the Lufthansa Technik components pool, the operating costs go down to a level normally available only to operators of much larger fleets. 

Comprehensive service spectrum

Under a TCS® contract, all component repairs are managed directly by Lufthansa Technik. Ultra-sophisticated logistics ensure that every component needed reaches its destination in the shortest possible time wherever in the world the aircraft happens to be. If desired, Lufthansa Technik experts will also take care of all component supply aspects, from writing the specifications, initial provisioning studies, and home base allocation to repair and overhaul, troubleshooting, documentation and engineering services.

Total Component Support guarantees flexibility. As a customized service package, it is exactly tailored to the airline customer's own specific requirements.
