When Total Technical Support (TTS®) means that an operator can concentrate on his core business – flying aircraft –, Total Operational Support goes one step further and offers many services to facilitate this flying business. 

From leasing support to innovation and research

The highest level of Total Support Services of Lufthansa Technik naturally includes the whole range of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services for commercial, VIP and special mission aircraft, their engines and components as well as structural and cabin modifications. With its long-year experience, Lufthansa Technik also offers technical and organizational consulting services and supports customers with aircraft and engine lease services. A special emphasis lies on research and the development of new, innovative processes and products. 

Training, flight planning and crew provisioning

In the frame of a Lufthansa Technik Total Operational Support®, customers can additionally select from a wide range of complementary services which are offered in cooperation with companies from the entire Lufthansa Group and other partners. These services include for example flight training of crews and the technical training of mechanics and maintenance staff, flight planning and worldwide catering services and go as far as purchasing and leasing services and the provisioning of cockpit, cabin and ground crews.
