Performance without limits

Each element of a TES® contract is selected to ensure the utmost reliability of operations. An unplanned engine removal, for example, need not cause a substantial interruption of a customer's operations, since spare engine coverage can be provided for most common engine models – including transport by Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services and an engine exchange performed by an Airline Support Team AST®. An established failure analysis and management process drives the improvement cycle, complementing the comprehensive repair capabilities.

The highly profitable claim and warranty management for engines and APUs is based on Lufthansa Technik's extensive knowledge of its customers' engines coupled with 25 years of experience in handling warranty cases for its customers. An attractive feature that guarantees seamless support is the delegation of a Lufthansa Technik representative to the customer's site.
