As a single point of contact, the 24-hour help desk provides an agile and reliable support for the supply of line replaceable units (LRUs) as well as consumables and expendables (C&Es). Our help desks are not just for taking your AOG-orders. Quite the contrary: this is a team of experts that will solve your material problem in the fastest possible time – right on the spot. All transactions are accurately monitored and recorded, so that you can readily access the status of your spare part orders.

Ready for dispatch
Our aviation knowledge is hard to reproduce. While other AOG desks can only provide customers with information on the receipt of their order within the first few hours of placing an order, we are ready for dispatch in 90 percent of cases. We have a vast inventory and service portfolios plus an excellent transport management system. But more than that: we also undertake the procurement of material. These services are available for all common Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Embraer commercial aircraft, especially for new aircraft types such as Airbus A350 and Boeing 787.
Our AOG Desk staff has unrestricted access to all of our global material warehouses so they can meet the very strict time demands placed upon them. Moreover, good relationships with manufacturers and suppliers are essential when sourcing the required material or tool. Those contacts benefit our AOG customers directly.
