You want to rely on us to take care of your entire materials supply? No problem! With our service package Total Material Operations (TMO®), we are your materials management partner at all levels. We guarantee nonstop availability of all necessary materials – around the clock and around the world. Based on our Total Component Support (TCS®) with access to our component pools, we have extended this service in two dimensions: On the supply level, it also includes consumables & expendables and the management of buyer-furnished equipment (BFE). On the operational level, we operate the entire materials management at your home base and line stations. The continuous on-site presence of our material management staff is coupled with direct data linking using the latest IT integration technology. This ensures that every part of your flight operations is supplied at all times – without you having to worry about anything yourself.

The Big Easy
We remove the rumble from even the rockiest layovers. Our MORE (Management of Component Overhaul and Repair) service eliminates the unpleasant surprises that frequently emerging along the challenging path of a heavy check. A large number of components suddenly have to be tested, repaired or overhauled, or a new operations region with other aviation requirements calls for new equipment – that can make you feel really uneasy fast. MORE is your easy way to avoid increased organizational expenses, extra costs and the risk of exceeding layover times. Irrespective of whether the layover takes place at one of our facilities or elsewhere, we guarantee the availability of components within the layover at fixed prices. We also organize the door-to-door transportation of the material – for a worry-free overhaul event.
