Customer Support

A 24/7 customer care call and technical support center is available at Innovation’s headquarters. Customer phone calls for technical and maintenance support assistance will be made directly to Innovation’s customer service.

Additionally Lufthansa Technik's "Talk2Me" unit can send maintenance data via automated mobile phone calls to Lufthansa Technik, simplifying possible troubleshooting and allowing proactive customer support.

Outside of normal business hours, calls will be routed through the Lufthansa Technik AOG desk for tier one support.
