During the manufacture of tubes, hoses and cables, Lufthansa Technik uses fully automatic machines to handle large quantities. The benefit is reduction in working time and parts production with continuous quality.
To allow easy installation on the spot the parts are manufactured precisely in accordance with the standards of the aircraft manufacturer and upon customer request by our mechanics.

We supply all common high and medium pressure tube assemblies for hydraulic, fuel, landing gear, water, oxygen and fire extinguishing systems.All tube assemblies are manufactured in accordance with the Boeing and Airbus specification.

We are able to provide all common high and medium pressure hose assemblies for hydraulic, fuel, landing gear, water and oxygen systems.All hose assemblies are manufactured in accordance with the Aeroquip specification. Every hose assembly is available in flared and fareless configuration.

We supply all common cables which are needed for flight controls, flaps, landing gear and other secondary systems.All cable assemblies are manufactured in accordance with the Boeing and Airbus specification.
