How to use EPAR online features

About EPAR

Lufthansa Technik provides repair solutions for a large number of engine part defects. The capability database provides information for more than 20,000 part numbers of engine parts and accessories, including prices and turnaround-time (TAT).
In addition, EPAR customers are provided with Repair Order Status for their engine part repairs. These status reports are password protected and enable our customers to track the status of parts they have sent to Lufthansa Technik with a link to the corresponding forwarding agent (e.g. Lufthansa Cargo, Fedex, etc.) for return shipment.

Capabilities & Prices

For information on prices, TAT or technical details on Lufthansa Technik’s Engine Parts and Accessories Repair please select "Capabilities & Prices".  
Here you can choose between 3 possibilities to use the EPAR catalog:
1) The catalog will be started in a separate Browser window. The intuitive navigation allows you to search for repairs of your parts in many different ways:
  • Direct search by a specific Part Number
  • Direct search by an ATA-Chapter in a specific Engine Type
  • "Klick & Feel" search by Capability and/or an Engine Section
The "Capabilities & Prices" catalog offers an individual Help Function for all of its screens which will explain you the usage of the catalog in detail.
2) You will obtain the data as an Excel sheet, using the link called 'EPAR capability&prices download Excel'. After having opened the zip-file, you can either download by PN/Engine type or a complete EPAR capability-list.
3) You can choose from a list of pdf-documents listed by engine type

Repair Order Status

As an EPAR customer you are provided with a Repair Order Status. You will get a personal userID and password, enabling you to call up the workstatus of your purchase orders. Furthermore the location of your part on the way to and from our shop is given. To access your status reports please log in to our customer webservice section.
If you haven't yet got your own userID and password please let us know.

Video Showcase
